One of my favorite parts of my business is going into classrooms with the worms.  Students of all ages have a great time looking at worms, up close and personal, and learning about how important the work, that the worms do, is to our our soil and environment.
 
Red Hen will also come to your event with active worms bins to demonstrate.
Garden Clubs, Girl/Boy Scouts, 4H Clubs have all enjoyed learning about and working with the worms.

For 2011 Red Hen hopes to be involved with many of the new Community Gardens being installed all over North Carolina.
